Highway 16 has been reopened after a big collision.
At around 6:50 a.m. on Wednesday (Dec.8), reports came in about a multi-vehicle crash on the highway.
Police believe the icy road conditions caused three semi-tractor-trailers to collide with each other and end up jack-knifed in a ditch near Range Road 210 by Elk Island National Park.
The eastbound lane of traffic had to be closed for several hours but has since reopened.
No one was injured.
