The Strathcona County RCMP have a arrested a man with they believe are drugs and drug paraphernalia.
 
On Sunday (Oct.31), at about 2:35 p.m., police pulled a vehicle over near the Flying J on Pembina Road in Sherwood Park.
 
Officers discovered the driver had outstanding warrants out of Edmonton, and he was arrested. His vehicle was then searched, and RCMP found what is believed to be cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a large amount of Meth and GHB.
 
Daniel Hinks, 26, of Edmonton, was charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of failing to comply.
 
Hinks was released from custody following a Judicial Interim Hearing and is scheduled to appear in Sherwood Park Provincial Court on Nov.24.
